Serving on the Appraisal Review Board
- ARB members serve terms of two years. If reappointed they may serve up to three terms before leaving the board. Once they have been off the board for one term they are eligible to serve again.
- Members are provided with training to learn the requirements and responsibilities of serving on this board.
- The ARB generally preside over hearings through the summer months of June, July, and August, usually meeting three days a week. When necessary the board will be called in to serve more often, and/or during other times of the year.

- If you would like to be considered for service on the ARB, please print and fill out the ARB Member Application Form. Return the form to the Appraisal District by mail, email, or fax, (see homepage for contact information). Please submit the application before September 30 th in order to be considered for the next year’s term.
